Member Eligibility Management is the operational unit that monitors and audits Member and Employer group records and maintains data integrity.
Member Enrollment manages the processes that add a new member to the database.
Member Information Management includes business processes that allow users to inquire on and maintain Member, Membership Structure, and Benefit Plan reference information.
Prospective & Current Member Support handles communication with members, including outreach to new members, and support for current members such as application communications, appeals and grievances.
Employer Group Management includes business processes that maintain Membership Structure information and Membership Structure Templates.
